Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe admits he didn’t enjoy taking his clothes off for his Broadway show Equus. “I’m sick of actors saying ‘oh it’s so liberating it’s so wonderful’. No it’s not, it’s terrifying,” the 21-year-old millionaire told hosts of US morning TV show The View. He added: “Especially if half way through the first act you see some terribly attractive girl in the audience in the front row and you think ‘oh god, she’s going to see it all in an hour’.”The British actor also admitted that he cried when filming for the final Harry Potter film ended. “It was very emotional, I wept like a child,” he said.

The Deathly Hallows star revealed that he usually feels more comfortable on stage than in the movies: “With film there is more time for self-doubt to creep in and for you to start questioning what you are doing and becoming self conscious,” he said. “On stage there isn’t really time for that you just have to do it, so I think that’s why I feel more relaxed on stage than I do on film – apart from when I am taking my clothes off!”
