Do you feel that you have had to become a man through your character?
Not necessarily. I think we have the knowledge I have gained from this saga that began long ago.

Harry Potter has matured, have you grown in the acting sense?
Yes, I think or hope it has. At least when I did the movie My Boy Jack it changed me, helped me to feel that I was growing as an actor. There I had to be more natural and relaxed.

This time Harry Potter has to face another important death (Albus Dumbledore). How did you act in that sad moment of the story?
As an actor it is hard, because on this point each one of the previous movies he finishes with the death of the death of central characters and in some way affect you. I do not know how you take when you see that part, I made my best effort, and humbly, I think it was good.

Ok, Harry Potter fans. I know I’m not alone in still feeling the disappointment over learning that we have to wait until next summer for the next installment of the film series to premiere. I suppose we’ll have to live off of the occasional trailer and other TV spots in the meantime.

Perhaps Daniel Radcliffe’s appearance on an upcoming episode of Bravo’s Inside the Actors Studio will help quench your Potter craving just a little bit. In his interview, Radcliffe talks about his career, which obviously includes the Harry Potter films.

DANIEL RADCLIFFE has compared the new Hogwarts blockbuster to Scottish drug flick Trainspotting.

He says his sixth movie outing, Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince, has moments like the cult 1996 film.

THE SKINNY: Here's one for the fanboy history books: a Harry Potter and Star Trek crossover. Now the audience of EQUUS will not only get to see Daniel Radcliffe in his birthday suit, but will also get to catch a glimpse of Captain Kathryn Janeway herself with STAR TREK: VOYAGER's Kate Mulgrew joining the cast.

Of course, Radcliffe's HARRY POTTER uncle Richard Griffiths is also set to star in the upcoming Broadway revival of Peter Shaffer's play.

EQUUS follows a disturbed young boy (Radcliffe) who savagely blinds six horses, the psychiatrist (Griffiths) who works with him, and the public official (Mulgrew) who brought them together.

Mulgrew has most recently appeared in off-Broadway productions of Edward Albee's AMERICAN DREAM and THE SANDBOX, whereas Radcliffe and Griffiths were appearing in London's presentation of EQUUS. This is the first time it will be revived on Broadway since it won the Tony Award for Best Play in 1975.

Opening night is scheduled for September 25 at the Broadhurst Theatre and set to continue through February 8, 2009, and will be directed by Thea Sharrock.

Previews begin on September 5, with opening night set for September 25 at the Broadhurst Theatre. The strictly limited 22-week engagement is set to continue through February 8, 2009, directed by Thea Sharrock.
In Equus, psychiatrist Martin Dysart (Griffiths) investigates the blinding of six horses, a savage act committed by an unassuming 17-year-old stable boy, Alan Strang (Radcliffe), whose family life is rife with bigotry and religious fervor. As Dysart exposes the truths behind the boy's demons, he finds himself face-to-face with his own. Mulgrew plays Hester Salomon, the compassionate public official who begs Dysart to take on the boy's case.

Best known for playing Captain Kathryn Janeway in Star Trek: Voyager, Mulgrew most recently appeared in the off-Broadway production of Edward Albee's American Dream and The Sandbox. Other New York theatrical credits include Iphigenia 2.0, Our Leading Lady, Tea at Five, Black Comedy and Titus Andronicus as well as the London production of The Exonerated. Film credits include Star Trek: Nemesis, Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins, Throw Mama from the Train and A Stranger Is Watching.
Sharrock's production of Equus comes to Broadway from London's West End, where it starred Radcliffe and Griffiths and played to sold-out houses during its five-month engagement. This will be the play's first Broadway revival since it won the Tony Award for Best Play in 1975, playing over 1,000 performances from 1974 to 1977.

Daniel Radcliffe is toning up his butt in preparation for his Broadway debut. The 'Harry Potter' actor - who starts his run on the New York stage in September - wants to make sure he is in top physical condition for his role in 'Equus', in which he appears naked.

The 18-year-old star has reportedly purchased a Skorcher Butt Machine, which specialises in shaping rears. He told a friend: "They don't have things like this in Britain." It was recently reported Daniel's manhood will be protected by security when he makes his debut.

Actor DANIEL RADCLIFFE is determined to tone-up his body before appearing on Broadway's EQUUS in the nude - and he's not ashamed to admit it.

The Harry Potter star, 18, will disrobe in the Broadway adaptation of the Peter Shafer play later this year (08) - just as he did onstage in London when the play opened there in 2007.

And Radcliffe made sure to stop by the gift lounge before Sunday's (15Jun08) 62nd Annual Tony Awards, where he shamelessly picked up a Scorcher Butt Machine - a piece of exercise equipment with "a special emphasis on butt shaping".

He says of his new work out regime, "They don't have things like this in England. We never get gifts."

Not content with just causing obesity via his chocolate factory, Daniel Radcliffe or Radders as we all like to call him, has bought a crisp factory so he can line his bank account with profits from more bad tasting, cheaply made, insanely high in fat snacks.

"It is a funny story really," Dan told me "I was walking down the street eating a pack of cheese and onion when I noticed a slightly burnt crisp and I thought to myself this is not on, I must make my own crisps that are better quality so nobody ever has to go through the pain of eating a less that satisfactory crisp ever again!"

Once again, while on lookers roll their eyes and check for needle marks or some other reasoning for madness, I smile at him and wish over and over that one day my prayers will be answered and I will be in the arms of Daniel, where I belong. But for now I wish my future hubby the best of luck in his latest business adventure, one day that money will pay for my children's school fees.

Actor and professional snit, Daniel Radcliffe, announced last week that he is now 'pregnant' and will be laying low for the next several months. That was last week!

Sources have given another reason why the too-stupid-to-be-real actor claims a 'pregnancy' as a reason for ducking reporters and cameras...he's severely constipated!

"Yes, the bugger hasn't pooped for three weeks! It happened right after he spent the weekend at George Michael's place," says Trip Murphy, a life long friend of Radcliffe's.

Checking back, the evidence points to a 3-day stay at Michael's place for Radcliffe.

SILVAN beauty Cassi McKay has been thrust into the spotlight following a chance meeting with Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe.

Cassi, 21, met the Harry Potter star at the 2007 Australian Film Industry (AFI) awards for a fleeting moment and unwittingly cast a spell over him.

Radcliffe recently admitted to the world media that he regretted not talking to the Australian beauty that he had locked eyes with back stage at the awards and later at an after-party.

Radcliffe, 18, recently said that the mystery girl had made a lasting impression and that he regretted not getting her phone number while he had the chance.

But, Radcliffe who has amassed a $50 million fortune, will have to wait in line as Cassi is happily in a committed relationship.

Her mother, Vicki, said that her daughter is very down-to-earth and not easily taken by fame or money.

In a real-life plot any screen writer would be proud off, it wasn’t long before Cassi realised she was that girl.

She had been performing at the AFI awards, playing the trumpet with David Campbell’s back-up band.

“It was an insane night and it was very exciting to be performing at the awards,” Cassi said.
